Scene It Pushes Gamers' Buttons

The Scene It? series has taken the DVD/boardgame market by storm, selling over 10 million copies since it launched in 2001. Now the series is landing on Xbox 360™ with Scene It?® Lights, Camera, Action, an all-new version of the game that ships with four innovative Big Button Pads.

Like the DVD version of the game, Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action is a fun, social trivia game that features real content from your favorite movies and actors. But on Xbox 360, many of the movie clips are presented in high-definition, and you'll rarely encounter a repeat until you've worked your way through the game's entire battery of 1,800 questions.

Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action features new types of puzzle challenges, including "Credit Roll," which has you guessing the film based on a list of characters and actors. There's also "Quotables," where you must finish a line from a famous movie, and "Child's Play," where you guess the name of a movie based on a kid's drawing of a scene from the film. There are 21 puzzle types in all.

Perhaps the biggest change from the popular DVD editions is the inclusion of the new Big Button Pad. Or rather, four of them! Instead of one player holding the DVD remote and the inevitable arguments about who shouted out the right answer first, Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action gives each player his or her own infrared button pad, complete with a large buzzer button so that you can buzz in game show-style, and four smaller buttons for multiple choice answers. With its simple design, the Big Button Pad makes Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action accessible to friends and family members who have never touched a game controller before, making it the perfect party game. Even though the box includes four pads in addition to the all-new Scene It? game, the whole package still sells for only $59.99. And yes, there are even more games in the works that will work with the Big Button Pads.

Created by Screenlife Games and WXP, and published by Microsoft Game Studios, Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action will be available exclusively on Xbox 360 this holiday season. Try it out and bring all the fun of the DVD game to your console.
