According to kotaku.com The Official Xbox Magazine will be branching off onto Xbox Live, and will be offering its Magazine in digital form for 200 points an issue (USD$2.50)
Smart move. People don't read mags anymore, people don't buy mags for demos anymore, so for Microsoft it's a handy way to get official editorial content and reviews back out to a userbase that's neglecting their traditional methods.
Probably the only slight hiccup is that they're going to be offering demos as part of the deal. Including exclusive demos. Demos somewhere (anywhere) on Xbox Live that you'd need to pay to get access to? Even if you're a Gold subscriber? OXM-branded or not, that might not go down too well...
